Fasten the EXTENSION BLOCKS (M) to the ENDS (A and B).

Use eight SILVER 2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (GG).
NOTE: Be sure to use the fi rst and third holes in the

EXTENSION BLOCKS. The 1st hole must be 5 -1/2" from
the end as shown. Follow the diagram closely.
