- In case of danger for the user or for the machine, you must use the main switch to
switch off the electric supply of the machine ;
- Remove the electric plug before every maintenance and service operation ;
- Don't touch the blade even when stopped ;
- If you need to change the blade, have this done by your authorised distributor ;
- Make sure that you wear anti-cut protective gloves and safety shoes
when replacing the cutters or carrying out operations in the vicinity of the blades ;
- All maintenance or part changing operations are to be carried out by a qualified person ;
Use the diagrams (page 46) to use the machine.
At the start of the day power up the machine with the aid of the main switch (located at the
backside of the machine).
Procedure to use the machine :
1. Open the cover ;
2. Place your bread on the table on the right ;
3. Close the cover ;
4. Choose the desired slice thickness (thin, medium or thick) using the green buttons. The
machine starts ;
5. When the buttons flash, open the cover to remove the sliced bread and bag it.

Maximum size (Lengh x widht x height) (cm) : 42 X 29 X 14,5 ;
Capacity : 2.000 breads / day
Safety :
- Opening the crumb collector stops the machine from operating.
