4. When the radio or stand-alone battery is properly seated in
the pocket, the LED Indicator glows red:
• Charging status of a radio is indicated by the LED Indicator
of the radio. When charging is completed, the LED turns
off.
• Charging status of a stand-alone battery is indicated by the
LED Indicator of the associated pocket on the charger.
When charging is completed, the LED turns to green.
5. Remove the radio or stand-alone battery.

Reinsert the battery. If the LED continues
blinking red, the battery is faulty. Replace
a new battery for the radio.
Charge Waiting:
Either the battery voltage is too low or the
battery temperature is too low or too high
to allow charging. When this condition is
corrected, the charger automatically begin
charging.
