The iQ® Nasal Mask has a 3 month warranty for manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect is suspected, contact your supplier. The mask has an expected
service life of 6 to 12 months. Please dispose of the mask and accessories in accordance with local and regional guidelines. The iQ® Nasal Mask and its
accessories are Latex Free.
Cleaning is recommended on a daily basis. Wash the mask and components in warm water using a mild detergent. Rinse the mask thoroughly after washing.
Visually verify that the vent holes are clear and allow the mask to air dry. Washing your face prior to fitting the mask will remove excess facial oils and help extend
the life of the mask.
NOTE: Inspect mask prior to each use. Replace the mask if parts are damaged or gel is exposed due to tear or punctures.
NOTE: The gel cushion, although silky to touch, will not tear, leak or detach from the mask under normal use and following recommended cleaning and
maintenance protocols. However, the gel cushion is not indestructible. It will tear, cut and rip if subjected to mishandling or abuse. Do not clean in a dishwashing
machine. The warranty does not cover these types of product failures. Therefore, please handle your new iQ® Nasal Mask with care.

1. Attach the tubing assembly to the iQ Nasal Mask (Figure 1).
2. Connect your positive airway pressure device to the swivel connector on the tubing. Turn unit on and verify airflow through the mask.
3. Connect Headgear (not included) as per instructions.
Note: Mask is configured for 3 point headgear. To use 2 point headgear, you must rotate the headgear connector 180° then press firmly against the shell to
snap into place.
4. Gently bend pliable ring embedded inside mask shell to change mask shape, create a comfortable fit, and reduce leaks (Figure 2).
