Count: After setting the target quantity of strokes, the strokes will count backwards to zero.
As soon as the preset strokes are reached, there will be a flashing signal for 8 seconds. After
this, the computer will automatically start to count up again.
Calories: After setting the target calorie consumption, the kcal will count backwards to zero.
As soon as the preset kcal‟s are reached, there will be a flashing signal for 8 seconds. After
this, the computer will automatically start to count up again.
Pulse: See below information
Pulse
Pulse is displayed in beats per minute (BPM). To transfer the pulse signal to the computer, it
is essential to wear a compatible chest belt (not necessarily included into the product). If
there is no heart rate signal for more than 16 seconds, the computer will show "P" in the
PULSE window.
You may set a maximum target heart rate by pressing the UP / DOWN button (see above
indication) If the maximum preset target heart rate is exceeded, a warning signal will appear.
This is signal is an indication to reduce the intensity of your workout.
Fitness Note
The fitness note is for personal orientation and compares the pulse rate before and after
training. For this it is essential to wear a compatible heart rate chest belt. You will notice, that
your fitness will improve when exercising regularly.
1. Press the RECOVERY button directly after a training session, remain seated and leave
2. Time will count down from 60 to 0 seconds.
3. Your personal fitness note appears (F1 – F6) on the display.
Auto off
The data will be shown for approximately 4 minutes after a training session. If you continue
to train within 4 minutes the data counts again, if not the computer will automatically turn off.
Reset
To set all values back to zero press the RESET button for 3 seconds.
Please consult your physician or the training instruction to determine your maximum and minimum heart rate
on the chest belt
Level 1 = Excellent Fitness
Level 6 = Poor Fitness
