Using BELT ADJUSTMENT STRAP, pull strap across waist to tighten WAIST BELT.

To secure ARMBRACE, adhere BICEP CLOSURE TAB. To tighten, pull bicep
adjustment strap across bicep. (Figure E)

Repeat Step 3 for FOREARM and HAND STRAPS.
BRACE MODIFICATION INFORMATION: (TO BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED MEDICAL
PROFESSIONAL ONLY)
*Change abduction angle: Push in both AB BUTTONS at the same time. Adjust PANEL by
15° increments until appropriate angle is achieved. Release buttons. Ensure both buttons
are retracted outward and clicked into position. (Figure F)
*Change internal / external angle: While depressing IR/ER BUTTON, twist IR/ER DIAL
(Figure G) counter-clockwise until loose enough to rotate ARMBRACE to appropriate
angle. Retighten DIAL by twisting clockwise to lock brace into position.
*Change armsling brace height: While depressing the IR/ER BUTTON, twist IR/ER DIAL
counter-clockwise until loose enough to move ARMBRACE up or down the PANEL until
appropriate position is achieved. (Figure G) Retighten DIAL by twisting clockwise to lock
brace into position.
Hand support: Extend HAND SUPPORT to achieve proper hand position and support.
(Figure H) For a more comfortable fit, bend lower portion of HAND SUPPORT to fit lower
palm. Note: Apply optional WRIST PAD, if needed.
Elbow extension and flexion - Option 1: Retract HAND SUPPORT back into ARMBRACE
until HAND SUPPORT contacts FOREARM SECTION. Freely flex and extend lower arm.
Note: If optional WRIST PAD is attached, remove.
Elbow extension and flexion - Option 2: To extend and flex elbow for singular motion
exercises, push BRACE LOCK toward wrist to unlock. Extend and flex elbow. Brace will
lock into position at 90°.
Optional armsling strap: Adhere strap end with buckle onto front of WAIST BELT above
BELT CLOSURE TAB. Secure remaining strap end across chest and adhere to rear opposite
side of WAIST BELT adjacent to AB buttons. (Figure I)
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Separate the rigid components from the soft goods prior
to cleaning.
Hand wash in water (86°F/30°C) using soap. Air dry.
MATERIAL CONTENTS: Nylon, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Zinc coated steel wire, Copper,
Nylon woven, Polyurethane Foam, Silicone, Epoxy, Polyurethane
WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its accessories for
material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from the date of sale. To the
extent the terms of this warranty are inconsistent with local regulations, the provisions of
such local regulations will apply.
