High Capacity (HC) Inspect the HC Davit Base for cracks, dents, or deformities.

Inspect the entire unit for excessive corrosion.
Inspect the fastener torque and re-torque if necessary as defined by the fastener
manufacturer's specifications.
Labels (Figure 5)
Verify that all labels are securely attached and are legible (see 'Labels').
PFAS and Other Additional Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS) equipment (harness, SRL, etc) that are
used with the HC Davit Base should be installed and inspected per the manufacturer's
