Attach the suction tube assembly to a vice and unscrew the foot
valve body (39) from the suction tube.
Remove the pin (37) and clean the ball (35), the spring (34) and
the ball seat, replace if damaged.
Assemble the pump following the previous instructions, reversing
each step.

Fijar el conjunto tubo de succión en la mordaza y desenroscar el
cuerpo válvula de pie (39) del tubo de succión.
Quitar el pasador (37) y limpiar la bola (35), el muelle (34) y
asiento bola, en caso de deterioro sustituirlos.
Volver a montar en orden contrario.

Solution
Check the air line valve, regulator and quick
coupler.
Check air motor mechanism. Check seals as
required and replace any faulty parts.
As above. Check for free movement and for
foreign objects in piston valve etc.
Check oil level in drum/tank.
Make sure that pressure valve is free to move
as required.
Check spring and valve part for correct ope-
ration and seating. Check for foreign objects
jammed in foot valve.
Decrease the air pressure in order to reduce
the speed.
Change the damaged packing.
Change the damaged packing.
Clean/ check the damaged parts.
