supply is connected.

GRM interface.

Possible cause
a)
The module is fitted
incorrectly in the Grundfos
product.
b)
The module is defective.
a)
SW1 is set to "1".
a)
No internal communication
between the module and
the Grundfos product.
b)
No GRM driver loaded.
a)
120 seconds startup
phase.
a)
The module does not
support the Grundfos
product connected.
b)
SW1 in illegal position.
a)
GRM communication lost,
or no communication to
GRM server.
a)
No connection to the GRM
server.
Remedy
Check that the module is
fitted/connected correctly.
Replace the module.
Set the switch to "4".
Check that the module is fitted
correctly in the Grundfos
product.
Connect to GRM server and
run the four-step wizard.
Contact the nearest Grundfos
company.
Set the switch to "4".
Check ethernet cable in router.
Check router settings.
Check router related SIM card.
Check that the contract with
Grundfos is valid and there is
access to the GRM data.
Check that you use the lowest
MAC address (lowest number)
of the two ports of CIM 500
(see sticker on the module)
requires a contract with
Grundfos and granted access
to GRM)
