Assembly for 2 and 4 pipes
Assemble pipes to the valve body e as shown in
fig. 3a - 4a for machines with LH connections and in
fig. 3b - 4b for machines with RH connections.
Pay attention to the correct valve position
shown by the arrow printed on the valve body.
NOTE: assemble the hot circuit valve assembly
only after applying the gel of cold circuit valve
assembly.
During assembly, check that the O-rings are
properly installed on the pipe

perfect sealing is guaranteed.
Remove the plastic plug from the valve top and
apply the thermoelectric valve head g.
Do not tighten the pipes before assembling the
whole group to the coil. Assemble the group to the
coil as shown in fig. 5.
Also during this operation, check that the O-rings
are properly installed.
Tighten the nipples to the coil to 30 Nm. Tighten
the nuts locking the pipes to the valve to 30 Nm.
Connect the inlet and outlet water pipes and check
there are no leaks from the connections.
Insulate the valve body using the shell ref. i and
make sure no pipe sections without insulation
are near the shell.
Apply the clips ref. h for proper closing of the
insulating shell. Connect the electric cable from the
thermoelectric valve head g to the electric panel
following the diagram attached to the panel inside.
NOTE: Hot connection not available for 2-pipe coil
connections.
