OPERATING MANUAL
1. Lift down the squeegee, turn it to the outside of the machine and unscrew the handwheels;
2. Remove the vacuum hose from squeegee;
3. Clean the rubber blades and squeegee with a jet of clean water (Fig. 10)
4. Check the condition of the rubbers and reverse or replace them as necessary.
5. Clean the wiper tube and make sure it is not clogged.

8.3 Removing the brushes

a) Disk brushes (Fig. 1A)
1. Lift the scrubber group up;
2. With the brush group in its raised position, press down for each brush;
3. Remove any pieces stuck to the bristles;
4. Rinse with water;
5. In order to have a uniform pattern of consumption of the bristles, avoiding repairs and / or replacements, it is recommended
to periodically reverse brushes position.
b) Cylindrical brushes (Fig. 11)
1. Lift the scrubber group up
2. Unscrew the waste container handwheel lock;
3. Remove the waste container;
4. Remove brushes closure handwheels;
5. Remove brushes closure caps;
6. Pull inwards brushes;
7. Remove any pieces stuck to the bristles
8. Rinse with a water jet;
9. In order to have a uniform pattern of consumption of the bristles, avoiding repairs and / or replacements, it is recommended
to periodically reverse brushes position.

9 WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

WARNING
- These operations must be carried out with the machine switched off, with the key in OFF position,
using gloves to protect hands and making sure there are no objects or people nearby.
9.1 Replacing the rear squeegee blade (Fig. 12)
Proceed as follows to change the drying edge of the rear squeegee blade if it is worn and does not dry properly:
1. Remove the squeegee;
2. Open the blade hook and unscrew the lock handwheels;
3. Pull out the rubber-pressing blade and the rubber;
4. Turn the rubber over or replace it as necessary;
5. Reassemble by performing these procedures in reverse order.
9.2 Replacing the front squeegee blade (Fig. 12)
Aspiration is poor and the machine will not dry perfectly if the front squeegee blade is worn. Proceed as follows to replace:
1. Remove thesqueegee;
2. Unscrew the nuts that clamp the front blade;
3. Pull out the rubber-pressing blade and the rubber;
4. Turn the rubber over or replace it as necessary;
5. Reassemble by performing these procedures in reverse order.
9.3 Cleaning the vacuum hose
If aspiration is insufficient check that the aspiration tube is not clogged. Clean as necessary with a jet of water, proceeding as
follows:
1. Detach the aspiration tube from the cover on the recovery tank from the steel spring and from squeegee;
2. Clean it with a jet of water, spraying from the part where it is inserted into the tank
3. Reassemble everything by repeating these procedures in reverse order
9.4 Cleaning the dirt water tank
Proceede with emptying the dirt water tank.
9.5 Cleaning the fresh water tank
Unscrew the filter from the plastic cover, remove it from its housing and rinse with water. Pay attention not to lose the ball it contains
