7. WARRANTY
24 months from the date of delivery. To claim, proof of purchase with valid pur-
chase receipt is required. GCE is obliged to exchange the product within one
month from the date of return of the product. The liability of the product for the
use with industrial gases is irrevocably transferred to the owner or operator to
the extent that it is modifi ed, serviced or repaired by personnel not employed or
authorised by GCE or if the apparatus is used in a manner not conforming to its
intended use. GCE cannot be held responsible for the misuse of the equipment
in case of failure to comply with the instructions for use.
