Pocket Top Plate Replacement
1.
Remove cubby from top plate.
2.
Use 8 mm socket to remove four (4) M5 kep
nuts from top plate support casting.
3.
Lift to remove top plate.
4.
Insert studs on bottom of replacement top
plate into four (4) corner holes of support
casting.
5.
Reinstall four (4) M5 kep nuts (from step 2)
with 8 mm socket. Tighten to 3.7 N-m.
6.
To reinstall cubby in top plate, press small
ribs under rim of cubby into slots in top plate.
NOTE:
For Height Adjustable Units
If lever is accidently dislodged from top plate, reposition
in groove with short cross rod on top and foam piece on
bottom. If foam piece has been displaced from lever,
center it along bottom of lever (side opposite cross rod)
so one end is aligned with edge of cross rod nearest
short end of lever (53 mm from end of lever). Other end of
foam should be placed about 28 mm from end of lever.
