De gerepareerde kant ook in de oorspronkelijke positie brengen en ook hier de fixeerpunten terug in de
oorspronkelijke positie brengen. Nu worden beide fixeerpunten nog een keer op de correcte oorspronkelijke
positie gecontroleerd. Na succesvolle eindcontrole beide lasers uitzetten. Het wordt aanbevolen ook tussen de
reparatiewerkzaamheden de lasers uit te zetten om onnodige batterijverbruik te vermijden. De
controlelaser voor sporing/wielvlucht demonteren en de voorwielen aan het voertuig aanbrengen.
Het voertuig kan nu van de hefbrug en moet door een mechanicus voor de proefrit nogmaals op de
rijvaardigheid worden getest.
De controlelaser voor sporing/wielvlucht is een montagehulp voor reparaties aan het onderstel.
De controlelaser is geen vervanging voor een wieluitlijning, maar waarborgt dat de voorhanden wielstand na
de reparatie weer met nagenoeg 100% van de oorspronkelijke toestand overeenstemt.
Opgelet.:
Altijd er op letten dat beide lasers na het gebruik correct worden uitgezet. De controlelaser voor
sporing/wielvlucht a.u.b. droog bewaren een niet laten vallen om de correcte werking niet te
beschadigen.

workshops. It affords the opportunity to any workshop to realize chassis maintenance workings without
spending a lot of money for axle alignment devices. Not only the saving of an axle alignment device saves high
costs but also a considerable saving of time and thus a more reasonable working for your customer could
show a big advantage. The Control Laser disposes of an exceeding solid construction, two high-quality angular
adjustment marking lasers. The Control Laser enables a considerable commercial profit with less
effort in a short working time.
Brief description:
The Control Laser is an assembly support for the maintenance of steering and chassis parts of motor
vehicles which is designated for the fixation at wheel mounting devices of vehicle wheel axles. The task is to
realise a simple and reasonable maintenance of steering and chassis parts at vehicle axles, whereas the con-
dition of the wheel correcting variable especially track and/or camber of the vehicle wheel axle should have the
original condition after maintenance as far as possible. The success of the chassis adjusting
assistance is that it consists of two marking units related to the vehicle axle, each connected with a wheel
mounting device/basis adapter and shows the signalling device in affixed condition.
Application area:
The Control Laser was particulary designed for all car types (4 resp. 5 hole) and all light truck types. Thereby it
makes an exchange of the shock absorber possible without subsequent axle alignment, as a camber gauge is
not needed. Shock absorber at cars with oblong intake
(e. g. Mercedes Benz cars) are fast due to the Control Laser track/camber and can be changed without any
additional axle alignment for less money. It is extensible without any problem
depending on the basis adapter for trucks and KOM-vehicles.
Application:
Lift the vehicle using the lifting platform.
Remove the wheels of the vehicle and clean the wheel hubs and
wheel intakes. Attach the Control Laser for track/camber to both sides via wheel bolts/wheel nuts instead of
the using the wheel. Activate the laser beam (laser point diameter approx. 2mm) to set marker spots at both
sides on the projection level and fix them at one spot on the wall or at the wheel house using a sticker. As soon
as the fixing point is set the position of the lifting platform must not be changed!
The assembly supports stay fixed and can be adjusted to all needed positions during the repair respectively
displacement by a new part. Set back the unrepaired side into the original position and also backset the fixing
point into the original position.
