Gas leaks
Do not check for leaks using a flame. Use a
gas leak detecting liquid.
- Apply gas leak detecting liquid to the
cylinder/relief valve/pipe/stove unions.
- The control knobs should remain as set (•).
- Open the gas supply (valve or lever on the
relief valve).
- Any gas leaks will be indicated by bubbles.
- Tighten the collars if fitted to stop the leak.
Replace any defective parts. The stove
must not be used until all leaks have been
eliminated.
- Close the valve on the gas cylinder.
Important:
An overall inspection and leaks check must
be carried out at least annually and always
after changing the gas cylinder.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

It's recommended that protective gloves
be worn to handle components which
may be very hot.
Do not use the stove within 20 cm
of a wall or similar surface, or any
combustible object.
Place the stove on a horizontal surface
and never move it while it is in operation.
In the event of a leak (smell of gas), close
all valves.
Wait until the device has completely
cooled before handling or storing it.
After use, always close the valve on the
relief valve or gas cylinder.
Do not use containers of diameter
greater than 26 cm or less than 16 cm.
