WARNING
Never use a transformer such as a booster for the power
source of the machine. Neglect of this cause a trouble or
burnout. Never use the machine with an engine generator
or on the DC power. Neglect of this causes a trouble or
burnout.
ABNORMALITIES DURING
OPERATION
WARNING
Never use the machine if any abnormality is found. When
any one of the following abnormalities is found, turn off the
Power switch immediately, disconnect the power plug from
the plug socket, and contact our nearest distributor or our
Authorized distributors for inspection/repairing.
1. There is nothing wrong with the power source or
wiring, but the following phenomena are encountered:
● The machine is not activated by turning on the
Power switch.
● The motor roars.
2. An abnormal sound is emitted during operation.
3. The pressure switch is not activated, but the safety
valve is activated, causing the compressed air to spout.
4. The compressor is leaking air.
5. The pressure does not increase.
6. Touching metal part makes you feel a slight electric
shock.
7. Other abnormality is found during operation.

OTHER PRECAUTIONS

When using the machine in the cold district. In order to
prevent functional faults due to freezing:
1. Warm up the machine prior to using it.
2. Prior to using the machine, connect the power plug
directly to the main power source and warm it up.
When using the extension cord or drum cord, be sure
to use those of "2.5mm or thicker and up to 20m
long", in the fully stretched condition.

MAINTENANCE
1. Discharge the drain(water) from the machine. After
completion of work, open the drain cock gradually
to fully discharge the compressed air and drain(water)
from inside the air tank until the needle of the pressure
gauge has pointed at 0.
● Unless the drain(water) is discharged, rust will
take place inside the air tank, causing a trouble.
2. Inspect the machine periodically. In order to maintain the
performance of the machine, clean and inspect it
periodically. Contact our nearest distributor or our
service for inspection.
● Optionally available air duster is convenient for
cleaning the air compressor. Purchase the air
duster from our nearest Authorized distributors.
