NOTE:
The head/cylinder/delivery tube unit can reach high tem-
peratures. Take care when working near these parts, and
do not touch them to avoid possible burns.
1. With a drain cock fully opened, turn on the power
switch.
2. Make sure that the motor is running and the air is
coming out of the drain cock.
3. Close the drain cock and make sure that the air is not
leaking from it.
4. Turn the reducing valve adjusting handles(2 places)
fully to the right to make sure with both of them that
the indication of the pressure gauges increases.
5. Make sure that compressor operation automatically
stops in about 3 to 6 minutes.
6. After operation has stopped wait for 5 minutes or so
to check for any abnormal sound, air leak or sign of
restart-up.
7. Open the drain cock slightly to discharge the
compressor air. Make sure that once the pressure
drops the machine is restarted.
8. Close the drain cock. Turn off the power during
compression operation to make sure that operation
stops.
9. Turn the reducing valve adjusting handles( 2 place) to the
left to make sure with both of them that the indication of the
