STANDBY DISPLAY
When the unit is in standby mode (the switch key is in
"normal" position), the following screen will appear:
Several items provide the user with information about the
system's status:
Tank setup information
The arrow above each tank indicates whether it is a fresh
fluid tank (arrow pointing upwards) or a waste fluid tank
(arrow pointing downwards).
The
symbol at the right side of each tank indicates
that the setup information for the tank has been
successfully received from the U-Track software.
The
symbol at the right side of each tank indicates
that an analog probe is currently connected to the analog
input of the tank. If this probe is sending an acceptable
value, the symbol
Tank status information
The volume of fluid inside the tank is displayed in real time
above each tank, expressed in the system's units (L for
liters, G for gallons). If the tank is employing analog
probes, this quantity is the exact volume measured by the
unit; if the tank is employing digital probes, this quantity
is the volume estimated by the U-Track.
Below each tank, the tank number inside the system is
displayed (1 to 52), along with the status of the pump
control output:
READY: for a fresh fluid tank, pump is depressurized
and ready for delivering fluid. For a waste fluid tank,
collection pump is pressurized.
RUNNING: pump is pressurized and delivering fluid to
one or more dispensing points.
STOP: pump is depressurized and is locked from
delivering (or collecting) fluid because either the tank is
empty (fresh fluid tank) or the tank is full (waste fluid tank).

is also displayed.
If the tank has been set to employ digital probes, up to
three indications (S1, S2, S3) will appear at the left side of
the tank, indicating which digital probes have been
enabled. Note that the order of the probes changes
depending on whether it is a fresh fluid tank (Stop probe/
S3 will be at the bottom of the tank) or a waste fluid tank
(Stop probe/S3 will be at the top of the tank).
Also, the fluid level is displayed graphically inside the tank,
and through the associated LED graph bar, and will change
accordingly with the measured level. Note that the lighting
color of the graph bar segments will change depending on
the status of the tank: if the tank is in "normal" status, the
lighting color will be green; if the tank is beyond
"warning" level, the lighting color will be yellow; and if the
tank is beyond "stop" level, the lighting color will be red.
If the overfill input of the tank has been triggered, the
indication "OF" will be displayed at the upper left corner
of the tank. This indication will stay on as a reminder,
regardless of the overfill input status: it can only be cleared
(by pressing the "STOP" button) when the overfill input
becomes inactive; once the overfill input is inactive, this
indication can be cleared by pressing the "STOP" button.
If the user tries to clear this indication by pressing the
"STOP" button while the overfill input stays active, only
the external alarm will be deactivated; in this case, there is
no need to press "STOP" again to clear the indication
when the fluid level drops below the overfill level: it will be
automatically cleared by the system.
