4 ASSEMBLY (01)

4.1
Mounting the transport wheels (02)
Insert the axis (02/1)through the wheel from
outside and through the pipe and secure with the
cotter pin (02/2).
4.2
Mounting the feet (KHS 5200) (03 – 06)
NOTE
The transport wheels are only intended
for transporting the log splitter.
The transport wheels must be
dismounted from the feet and mounted
in the park position.
1. Mount the transport wheels on both front feet.
2. Tilt the log splitter to one side and mount the
rear foot.
3. Insert the foot (03/1, 05/1) into the pipe frame
(03/2, 05/2) up to the stop and screw tight
with screws, washers and locking nuts (03/3,
05/3).

4. Ask a second person to help tilt the log
splitter to the other side, mount the remaining
feet and then position the log splitter.
5. Position the log splitter vertically (piston rod
upwards) and screw the support foot (04/1) to
the rear feet.
6. Position the log splitter and mount the front
cross-strut (06/1) using the threaded rod
(06/2).
