GENERAL WARNINGS

- Read this manual carefully before using the appliance.
- Make sure the boiler and relative system have been installed in compliance with the safety regulations in force.
- Atlas Filtri S.r.l. declines any liability for modifications and hydraulic connection errors caused by failure to follow the
instructions in the appliance installation manuals or the applicable regulations.
- It is prohibited to use the appliance for purposes other than those intended. For proper use, see the "technical data"
table in the manual. If the appliance is operated outside its intended limits, malfunctions or breakdowns could occur.
- Failure to comply with these instructions shall render the warranty null and void.
- Carefully read the instruction booklet and keep it in a dry and protected place.
- Install the appliance away from heat sources.
- Only use original spare parts when carrying out routine maintenance, otherwise the warranty shall be rendered null
and void.
- The appliance must be installed and commissioned by qualified personnel, according to the instructions in this manual.
- Ensure that the appliance has not been damaged during transportation.
- If the appliance has fallen or shows visible defects or malfunctions, it is recommended not to use it and not to try to
disassemble it or tamper with it. Contact the dealer directly for repairs.
- Since the packaging materials are potential sources of danger, they must not be left within reach of children and must
be disposed of in compliance with applicable regulations.

TECHNICAL DATA

NEUTRAL MINI is an acid neutraliser filter for treating condensate water from condensing boilers. Due to its acidity,
waste water from condensing boilers cannot be directly drained into sewage piping if it has not been properly neutralised.
NEUTRAL MINI allows the pH value to always be kept within the allowed limits.
The correct pH of neutralised water can be periodically verified with litmus paper or with a pH-meter.
The filter is made of a plastic container, resistant to condensate acid pH, and a specific filtering material for maintaining
the pH between 5.5 and 9.5; the system includes a hose clamp for hose connection, wall bracket and wall plug.
Once the neutralising material is finished, simply put a new cartridge into the filter.

INSTALLATION
The room where the appliance is installed must be protected from frost and ensure protection against solvent vapours,
fuel oil, detergents, chemicals of all kinds, ultraviolet rays and heat sources above 40°C.
WARNING: drainage must be carried out so as to prevent backflow into the boiler.
NEUTRAL MINI is to be installed as shown in the figure A in line with the condensate drain pipe.
It is imperative to provide a floor drain so that the water can be disposed of also in the event of failure or breakage.
Install as follows:
- fix the bracket on the wall (fixing material not supplied)
- connect the filter to the condensate drain of the boiler, following the direction of the water flow as shown in the drawing.
WARNING: before starting the system, make sure all pipes are connected properly and sealed.
The colour of the first litres delivered will be white-grey, which is normal for the neutralising product in the cartridge.
This effect tends to disappear after a few litres have flowed through.
