At the end of each day, clean the well thoroughly in
order to prevent the formation of corrosive
deposits.
Restore the water level in the jacket every 2/3
working days. See " FILLING THE JACKET ".
FILLING THE JACKET
FILL THE CAVITY WITH COLD MACHINE,
USING ONLY DEMINERALIZED WATER.
- Unscrew the screw cap "S2" placed on the safety
valves group.
- Open the level tap " L ".
- Pour demineralized water into the fi lling hole.
- Stop pouring when water begins to fl ow from the
level tap " L ".
- Re-screw accurately the screw cap "S2" in the right
position.
FILLING AND EMPTYING OF THE TANK
FILLING
- Open the lid.
- Turn the handle of the front discharge tap
clockwise. The tap is only completely closed when
the handle is in the vertical position.
- Lift and turn the handle of the front discharge tap
anti-clockwise. When the tap is open the handle
remains in the horizontal position.
- Fill the well until the water is level with the
maximum level indicated on the wall of the well. Do
not use the appliance with the water level above
the maximum indicated level.
- To halt filling, turn the knob clockwise.
EMPTYING
- Lift and turn the handle of the front discharge tap
anti-clockwise.When the tap is open the handle
remains in the horizontal position.
BURNER IGNITION AND EXTINCTION
The gas tap control knob has the following
positions:
OFF
PILOT IGNITION
MAXIMUM WATER TEMPERATURE
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE
PILOT IGNITION
- Press the "ignition burner" button simultaneously
with the piezoelectric device.
- Press the button for about 20 seconds. If the burner
turns off repeat the operation.
- The pilot " ame can be seen through the peep hole
on the control panel.
MAIN BURNER IGNITION
- To light the main burner, turn the knob from "pilot
on" to "max. flame".
TURNING OFF
- To switch the main burner off, turn the knob to
position " pilot on " .
- To switch off the pilot flame, press and turn the
knob to position " Off " .
13. INDIRECT HEAT ELECTRIC BOILING PAN
The appliance is designed for cooking and preparing
food in water.
Do not light the pilot burner or leave it on when
there is no water in the well.
Do not activate the heating system when there is no
water in the well.
