GENERAL APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION

– The cutlery dryer-polisher ALP/3000 - ALP/6000 is a machine designed and built to quickly
dry and polish wet cutlery that has just come out of the dishwasher.
Thanks to the combined action of the internal tank vibrations and to the friction of the "corn-
cob" powder, the cutlery comes out perfectly dry and shiny, with no limescale marks.
– The appliance is for professional use and it must be installed in commercial environments
(bars, pizza parlours, restaurants, etc.).
Training is NOT required to use the appliance, but users must have acquired skills in the
catering industry.
Any use other than that indicated by the manufacturer is considered IMPROPER.
– The appliance is made with selected materials and appropriate construction techniques.
The construction materials ensure maximum hygiene, resistance to rust, energy savings
and operating safety
– All appliance parts in contact with food products are made of suitable materials.

A) Control panel: equipped with the control devices required to make the appliance work.

B) Container guard: it is associated with an interlock device (micro switch ). The appliance
stops when the guard is opened.
C) UV lamp: eliminates organic impurities (bacteria, viruses, algae, etc..).
D) Support: supports the cutlery collection tray.
