Garantía
Fractal Audio Systems garantiza que tu nuevo producto de Fractal Audio Systems estará libre defectos en materiales o de mano
de obra durante el periodo de un (1) año desde la fecha original de compra.
Durante el periodo de garantía, Fractal Audio Systems, a su sola discreción, reparará o sustituirá cualquier producto que tras su
inspección Fractal Audio Systems se compruebe que está defectuoso.
Fractal Audio Systems se reserva el derecho de actualizar cualquier unidad devuelta para su reparación y de cambiar o mejorar
el diseño del producto en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. Fractal Audio Systems se reserva el derecho de utilizar piezas o
ensamblajes reacondicionados como repuestos en garantía para reparaciones autorizadas. Esta garantía es extensible al
comprador original.
Esta es tu única garantía. Fractal Audio Systems no autoriza a terceros, incluyendo vendedores o representantes de ventas, a
asumir ninguna obligación por cuenta de Fractal Audio Systems o a llevar a cabo ninguna garantía para Fractal Audio Systems.
Fractal Audio Systems, a su discreción, puede exigir una prueba de la fecha de compra original en la forma de una copia original
fechada de la factura o ticket de compra del vendedor autorizado. El servicio o las reparaciones de los productos de Fractal
Audio Systems han de ser llevados a cabo únicamente en la fábrica de Fractal Audio Systems o en un centro de servicio
autorizado de Fractal Audio Systems. Fractal Audio Systems puede exigir una autorización avanzada de las reparaciones a los
centros de servicio autorizados. El servicio, las reparaciones o las modificaciones no autorizadas anularán esta garantía.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY FRACTAL AUDIO SYSTEMS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES.ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, EXCEEDING THE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS
WARRANTY.UPON EXPIRATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD (1 YEAR), FRACTAL AUDIO SYSTEMS SHALL
HAVE NO FURTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FRACTAL AUDIO SYSTEMS SHALL IN NO EVENT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR
PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT.FRACTAL AUDIO SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of implied warranties so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.This warranty only
applies to products sold and used in the USA and Canada. Fractal Audio Systems shall not be liable for damages or loss result ing
from the negligent or intentional acts of the shipper or its contracted affiliates.You should contact the shipper for proper claims
procedures in the event of damage or loss resulting from shipment.
