- It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determinate the source of
the problem if you make a detailed and precise description of the matter.
Avoid formulations like "the device doesn´t heat", which may mean that it
doesn´t heat enough or even not at all. Though, those two possibilities have a
different causation!
- Still indicate the performance of the lights to facilitate the diagnosis: is the light
of the ON/OFF switch on when the rocker switch is in ON position? Does the
green light get on when you turn on the device? Does the orange light turn on
when you set the temperature?
- Check with a thermometer that the device measures the temperature within
the cabin properly. (Caution: do not set the thermostat on a value exceeding
the maximal value of your thermometer!)
The more detailed your information, the quicker the customer service will be able to
answer your problem rapidly and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer
service. This can lead to a loss of warranty!!

dotyczące tego urządzenia. Prosimy o staranne przechowywanie niniejszej instrukcji
użytkowania w pobliżu produktu, aby w razie pojawienia się pytań można było do niej
jeszcze raz powrócić również w późniejszym czasie. Prosimy zawsze stosować uzie-
mione przyłącze prądu z prawidłowym napięciem sieciowym (patrz instrukcja lub ta-
bliczka znamionowa)! W razie wątpliwości w odniesieniu do tego, czy przyłącze jest
uziemione, prosimy zlecić sprawdzenie tego wykwalifikowanemu specjaliście. Nigdy
nie należy stosować niesprawnego kabla zasilania! Urządzenia nie należy otwierać w
wilgotnym lub mokrym miejscu ani też mokrymi lub wilgotnymi rękoma. Poza tym
witrynę grzewczą należy chronić przed bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.
Urządzenie należy użytkować zawsze w bezpiecznym miejscu, tak aby nikt nie mógł
nadepnąć na kabel, przewrócić się o niego i/lub uszkodzić go.
