Press c or d to select the phase of sub-
woofer output.
Press c to select reverse phase and REV ap-
pears in the display. Press d to select normal
phase and NOR appears in the display.
Adjusting subwoofer settings
When the subwoofer output is on, you can ad-
just the cut-off frequency and the output level
of the subwoofer.

Press AUDIO to select 80Hz: 0.
Press AUDIO until 80Hz: 0 appears in the dis-
play.
# When the subwoofer output is on, you can se-
lect 80Hz: 0.
# If the subwoofer setting has been previously
adjusted, the frequency of that previously se-
lected will be displayed instead of 80.
# You can also select the subwoofer setting
menu by pressing SW on the unit.

Press c or d to select cut-off frequency.
Each press of c or d selects cut-off frequen-
cies in the following order:

Only frequencies lower than those in the se-
lected range are outputted from the subwoo-
fer.

Press a or b to adjust the output level
of the subwoofer.
Each press of a or b increases or decreases
the level of the subwoofer. +6 6 is displayed
as the level is increased or decreased.
Using nonfading output
When the nonfading output setting is on, the
audio signal does not pass through this units
low pass filter (for the subwoofer), but is out-
putted through the RCA output.

Press AUDIO to select nonfading output
on/off setting.
Press AUDIO until Non FAD:ON appears in
the display.
# When the subwoofer controller setting is only
Preout:FUL, you can switch to the nonfading out-
put on/off setting. (Refer to page 39.)

Press a to turn nonfading output on.
Non FAD:ON appears in the display. Nonfad-
ing output is now on.
# To turn nonfading output off, press b.
Adjusting nonfading output level
When the nonfading output is on, you can ad-
just the level of nonfading output.

Press AUDIO to select nonfading output
setting.
Press AUDIO until Non FAD: 0 appears in the
display.

Press a or b to adjust the nonfading
output level.
Each press of a or b increases or decreases
the level of the nonfading output. +6 6 is
displayed as the level is increased or
decreased.
