Changing the network name

"Settings" screen
How to proceed:
1. Touch next to the "Network name (SSID)".
– An enquiry for authentication will appear.
2. Enter the valid WLAN password and confirm with "OK".
3. Enter the new network name and confirm with "CHANGE".
– The FM-Master WLAN gives an acoustic signal to indicate that the network name has been successfully
changed.
– The WLAN connection to the FM-Master WLAN is disconnected and restarted.
4. Establish the WLAN connection using the new network name.

Changing the WLAN password

"Settings" screen
How to proceed:
1. Touch next to the "WLAN password".
– An enquiry for authentication will appear.
2. Enter the old valid WLAN password and confirm with "OK".
3. Enter the new WLAN password, repeat the entry and confirm with "CHANGE".
– The FM-Master WLAN gives an acoustic signal to indicate that the password has been successfully
changed.
– The WLAN connection to the FM-Master WLAN is disconnected and restarted.
4. Establish the WLAN connection using the new password.
N O T E
When using an Android smartphone/tablet, the authentication may not function correctly after a password
change as the new password is not automatically prompted. Remedy:
Select the network name in the WLAN settings of your smartphone/tablet and enter the new password.

Delete WLAN on the smartphone/tablet, select WLAN again and connect.

Updating the system time

"Settings" screen
How to proceed:
1. Touch next to "Update time".
– The touch symbol is active when the system time of the FM-Master WLAN differs from the time on the
operating device,
– The time is only updated when the touch symbol is active.
2. Confirm the query with "OK".
