8. Drain the Coolant system - Remove the coolant pressure cap on the reservoir in the engine bay. Place a
drain pan under the driver's side of the radiator. Remove the radiator drain cock and let the system fully
drain.
9. Remove the Oil cooler coolant return to radiator line (2) from the radiator (1) and from the hard line.
10. Using the template provided line up the leading edge holes with the front holes on the baffle and tape the
template into place. Mark the square opening with grease pen on the baffle along with the 4 holes on the
side of the opening. Remove the template and cut out the marked area and drill 4 holes where marked.
11. Place the brackets provided on the upper side of the baffle. Lining up the holes attach the cooler
assembly (2) to the baffle by running the bolts (1) through the holes into the bracket on the other side of
the baffle. Tighten the bolts to 9 N-m (80 in lb).
