12. Install the set of hard lines (2) on the underside of the Cooler. Make sure the quick connects are fully
pushed in and that the retaining clips have engaged on the back side of the flanges. Then push forward
the lock ring covers.
13. Plumb the soft lines to the cooler and back. The Line with the hard 90 degree fitting runs from the return
connection on the back side of the Radiaor to the forward line of the hard lines. Push the line onto the
flanged edge and push till it hits the stops. Tighten the clamp to 22 N-m (194 in lb) to keep it in place. The
th other lines runs from the oil cooler hard line flanged end to the rear hard line under the cooler. Push
both ends on the flanged ends to the stops and tighten the clamps to 22 N-m (194 in lb) to hold the lines
in place.
