Air Conditioning Pipe Repair Set 82 pcs.

1. Drain system correctly and search
for the leakage
3. Check the space for the assembly and if
necessary open or remove other elements
5. Cut the air conditioning hose
to the proper length
7. Cut pipe – with 5mm insertion depth
and an angle tolerance of 1°
2. Measure the pipe dimension
4. Take into consideration a 5mm
insertion depth of the pipe
6. Push refrigerant hose onto the neck – in case of
difficulties when assembling, use refrigerant oil
and warm hose if necessary
8. Deburr and clean end of pipe. No
outside burrs at the end of pipe
acceptable.
