9. Mount hose clamps. Clamp distance from the
hose end and the second clamp is 1 mm
10. Put on cap nut correctly, lubricate the pipe. Put on cutting ring correctly (do not
damage sealing ring by eventual burr). Then lubricate outer sealing ring as well as
the inside of the nut.
11. Repair part is ready for assembly
13. Place marking like
shown
12. Put pipes all the way into the socket, hold
this position and then tighten the screw
manually until it stops.
14. Turn nut, hold socket
tight
15. 1 ¼ turns (min. 1 turn,
max. 1 ½ turns)
