5 Operating the test bench

5.5 Troubleshooting

Flange error
Temp error
Servo error

Cause
Test object not mounted in correct
position.
Thermo-switch is not connected.
The test object is overheating.
Communications/control error
Remedy
Move the test object to the correct position
(see section 4.2," Mounting the test object
to the test bench housing").
Connect the thermo-switch (see section
6.2, "Wiring diagrams").
Allow the test object to cool down.
Switch the test bench off, and then back on
again.
