LOOK OUT!
Spilled oil is a dangerous substance for the environment.
Bind the spilled oil by a binder.
Gather the bound oil by a duster.
Recycle the duster accordingly to working legislative directions in the place of use.
Place a vessel for gathering oil under the compressor.
Extract the oil level indicator (1).
Unscrew the screw plug of the hole for draining oil (3) the old oil to run out without rest.
Let the old oil run out from the compressor aggregate without rest.
Check if the washer of the screw plug of the hole for draining oil is in a good order (3).
Screw in the screw plug of the hole for draining oil (3).
Fill up new oil through a funnel where there is the oil level indicator.
Check the oil level by the oil level indicator (1).
LOOK OUT!
It is possible breakdown of the compressor because of using unsuitable, polluted or mixed lubricants.
Use only the special oil of PREBENA Z 200.40.
Never use insuitable or polluted lubricating oil.
Do not mix different sorts of oil.
Recycle used lubricating oils without detriment for the environment.
Checking Tension of the V-Belt, Its Adjusting and Replacement
To check tensions of the V-Belt do as follows:
Remove screws with a spherocylindrical head (1) on the cover (2).
The cover (2) of the protection of the belt (3) is now ready for removing.
Remove the cover (2) from the protection of the belt (3).
Press on the V-belt (4) from above on the centre between the V-belt pulleys (8) and (9) by your thumbs
from below. The V-belt (4) should give at its width at most.
