Maintenance of the Compressor
To maintain the compressor in the irreproachable state one should do certain periodical works for its service:


Corrective maintenance after 25 working hours.


Intervals for further maintenance see in page 22.
Only specialists having necessary qualification, knowledge and experience should do

maintenance of the compressor. Only employers of the departments on work with clients may do
all works not described here, and they may be specialiststs of the producing enterprise or a
service centre of the producer.
 For safe works on maintenance the compressor should be blown.
 Disconnect the compressor from the power supply.
Corrective Maintenance after 25 Working Hours
 Check strength of joint of all accessible screws and nuts and fix them if it is necessary.
 Clean the receiving filter.
 Check tension of the V-belt.

Checking Oil Level

The oil level indicator (1) checks oil level. Oil level should be at the mark between the minimum and
maximum.

Replacement of Oil

Oil is replaced while the compressor is warm. In that case, the oil container is emptied fast and

completely.
