Insert the upper flywheel (7) into the lower flywheel (6) and secure both with the carriage screws
(26), washers (27), and nuts (28). Note: Please note the difference between the left and right sides,
both of which are installed in the same way.

Insert the handlebar axle(10) through the vertical frame (4) and place washers (41) on the axle. Then
attach the flywheels to both sides of the handlebar axle (10) using the fixing washer (33), washer
(34), spring washer (24), and screws (30).
