Make sure that the cutting blade is not worn out, smooth, out of shape or damaged.
Make sure that the skid plate does not touch the cutting blade and moves freely up
and down the full shaft length.
Make sure that the skid plate is not worn out and that there is no distance around the
cutting blade.
Examine the bottom of the skid plate and make sure that there are no metal burrs or
defects.
Make sure that the skid plate is not twisted or bent.

Make sure that the Lexan
cover can move freely up and down.
Do a check of the spring pressure. Push the front and rear blade block shafts up.
There must be a low to moderate pressure.
Do not twist or move the product to the sides while you cut. Gradually change the
pressure on the handlebar to control the cutting blade in the cut.
The product causes chip-
ping/ spalling or ravelling in
Make sure that the engine operates correctly and at the specified rpm.
the cut (Soff-Cut 150).
Make sure that the tension of the belt and the belt idler are correct.
Make sure that the cutting blade is correctly assembled and attached with clean flang-

Make sure that the cutting blade has the correct specification for your area or type of
concrete.
Make sure that the concrete surface is clean and that the skid plate can move smooth-
ly along on the concrete surface.
Use Husqvarna joint guards at all cut intersections.
Clean the blade block assembly.
Make sure that the scrapers in the blade block can move freely and that they are not
bent.
Make sure that the blade block shafts are not bent or damaged.
