4. Clean the blade block and blade from concrete
particles after each use. Use a heavy duty brush and
water. The remaining concrete (A) will dry and set
(B) if you do not remove it.

5. Keep all openings and slots on the product clean to
make sure that air flows freely through the motor
area.
To examine the spark plug
CAUTION: Always use the recommended
spark plug type. Incorrect spark plug type
can cause damage to the product.

To do a general inspection

• Make sure that the nuts and screws on the product
are tightened.
• Make sure that there are no fuel or oil leaks.
• Soff-Cut 150D: Make sure that the wheels for the
front guide and the rear guide turn freely.

To remove the blade

1. Pull and hold the release lever when you tilt the
product. Push the handlebar down to set the product
in tilt position.
2. Release the lever to lock the product at tilt position.
3. Turn the 2 locking knobs counterclockwise and
remove the blade block cover.
