1. Start the engine. Refer to
page 13 .
2. Open the engine throttle lever to full open position
for maximum engine speed.
3. Align the front pointer (A) and the rear pointer (B)
with the line where you will do the cut.

4. Push the handle down and pull the blade release
lever to slowly lower the blade into the concrete.
5. Push the product forward to keep the front pointer in
the cut line. Push the product at half speed for the
first 50 ft, if a new blade has been installed.
6. Increase the forward speed of the product until the
blade and engine can work at maximum efficiency.
Do not use more than necessary force to push the
product forward.
7. When you operate the product near a wall, lift the
front pointer. Look at the rear pointer to make sure
that you cut straight.
8. When the operation is completed, tilt the product
rearward to engage the lever that keeps the product
in tilt position.
9. Stop the engine. Refer to
page 15 .

To operate the product, Soff-Cut 150D
CAUTION: Make sure that no objects hit the
blade block. It can cause damage to the
product.
1. Start the engine. Refer to
page 13 .
2. Open the engine throttle lever to full open position
for maximum engine speed.
3. Align the rear guide wheel with the pre-existing saw
cut.
4. Push the handle down and pull the blade release
lever to slowly lower the blade into the concrete.
5. Lower the saw and the blade fully into the concrete
when the guide wheels are correctly aligned in the
saw cut.
6. Push the product forward to keep the front pointer in
the cut line for approximately 1 ft and make sure that
the guide wheels are correctly aligned in the saw cut.
7. Increase the forward speed of the product until the
blade and engine can work at maximum efficiency.
Do not use more than necessary force to push the
product forward.
8. Stop the engine. Refer to
page 15 .
9. Clean the product. Refer to
externally on page 16 .
To stop the engine
1. Push the operators handles down to lift the cutting
blade to the locked position.
2. Move the engine throttle lever to closed position.
3. Set the engine ON/OFF switch in OFF position (O).
This also closes the fuel valve.
