1.8 Safety devices

The safety devices serve for to security and health of the personnel and protect the machine against
damage. The correct function of these safety devices can become of vital importance.
The machine is equipped with the following safety devices:
•
Lockable main switch at the switchgear cabinet of the machine. With the help of the main
switch the machine will be brought to the net and / or separated from the net depending the
position of the main switch. Turn the main switch into the desired position.
•
Emergency Stop button at the control console of the machine. The Emergency Stop button
serves for the process interruption. Operate the Emergency Stop, by pressing the red button. If
the danger is repaired, put the Emergency Stop back again by pulling out the red button.

Before start-up of the machine it is to be guaranteed that all safety devices are
attached and functional.
