Cause
Forming pin dirty
Forming pin worn, no lubricant uses
Temperature too high
Oil level too low
No tooling in the machine
Forming pin disconnects from bayonet fixing

Solution
Clean forming pin
Lubricate tube inside and outside.
Exchange forming pin
Leave cooling the
approx. 5 min
Check the oil level; if necessary
refill hydraulic oil
Insert a tool into the machine
Insert the forming pin correctly;
and through turn right the forming
pin, in order to lock the forming
pin in the bayonet fixing
machine
