1 = ON
Turn the Main switch into desired position.
0 = OFF
Press the button, in order to reset the piece counter.
OFF
Press the button (OFF), in order to switch off the machine.
Press the button (ON), in order to switch on the machine.
ON
The button (ON) lights up, by switched on machine.
Press the button (RESET), in order to start the automatic tool
recognition. Press and hold the button (RESET) up to lighting up
of the button. A lighting up of the button (RESET) signals starting
ability of the machine.
The button (RESET) blinks slowly, if
•
the filling level of hydraulics is too low!
•
RESET
the temperature of hydraulics is too high!
The button (RESET) blinks fast, if
•
no tools are inserted into the machine!
Press the button (RESET), in order to restart the hydraulic by no
activity of the machine ( 5 minutes )!
Press the button (START) in order to start the production run of
START
the machine. Press and hold the button(START), until the tube is
clamped.
Press the EMERGENCY STOP button only in emergency
STOP situations.
