Fault
Compressor is not run-
ning, and the ice packs
are not cold
Compressor is running,

Possible cause
Be patient, it is most likely that the
compressor will start within a few
minutes.
The ventilation grill is blocked.
The lid is not closed properly.
The fan inside the appliance is
blocked or defective.
The fan in the compressor compart-
ment is blocked or defective.
The temperature in the room in which
the appliance is installed is too high.
The internal lid is not placed properly.
The heating element in the partition
does not function.
The solar thermometer does not
function.
3A fuse is not installed
Fuse is burned
Diode is defect
Battery is down
Remedy
If this is not the case, check the fol-
lowing:
- Check that power is connected and
that the wire from the solar panel to
the appliance is intact.
- Check the fuse and replace it if
necessary.
- If the above is OK, call technical
supervisor.
Ensure unhindered air circulation.
Ensure that the lid is closed properly.
Check that the fan is running, if not
it should be replaced. See section:

Shield the appliance against direct
sun light and ensure more ventilation
to the room.
Ensure that the internal lid is placed
correctly.
Check that the heating element has
been fitted correctly in the compres-
sor compartment. If the above is OK,
call technical supervisor.
Change the solar thermometer.
Install the 3A fuse.
Replace the 3A fuse.
Replace diode.
Replace the battery
