1. Place seat ring upside down and locate the wheel

holders . Snap six (6) seat wheels into wheel
holders, as shown.

2. Turn seat ring right side up. Align triangle

on the back of the seat ring with the triangle on

the seat pad label. Snap the plastic tabs on the

pad over the pegs on the seat ring. Continue this

process until all tabs are attached to all pegs.

3. Press assembled seat ring down firmly onto the top of the tray
until it snaps into place and spins freely.
