Locate the 6 bolts you previously removed from the access
panel. Hand tighten all 6 bolts in their original holes first, then
tighten each one using the Torx bit. Do not over tighten.

Remove the backing from the hook and loop and fold the
Tailgate TechLiner® back into place. Press down firmly on the
location of the hook and loop. Continue the process for each
hook and loop, working your way to the other end.

Congratulations! Your new WeatherTech Tailgate TechLiner has
been installed!
WARNING:
It is imperative to adhere the Tailgate TechLiner to the tailgate of the truck, as described above. Failure to do so may allow the Tailgate TechLiner
to lift during travel as a result of turbulent airflow. This could cause unsafe conditions for the operator of the vehicle or other vehicles nearby.

If your vehicle is equipped with a spray-in bed liner, hook and
loop attachment points should be prepped with the second
Primer 94 Ampule. Apply to the area the hook and loop will
occupy and let stand for 5 minutes or until dry. This step can
be skipped with standard painted surfaces.

Starting at one end, begin tucking the edge of the Tailgate
TechLiner® into the plastic extrusion that you previously
installed. Work your way down the entire length of the tailgate.
