SKI RACK
Dear customer,
Please read this manual prior to assembling the ski rack.
If everything is not completely clear, please contact your
authorised Skoda Auto sales outlet.
Assembly
- this ski rack can be assembled on the open "T-shaped"
bearer profile (the Skoda Superb) or on the closed bearer
profile (the Skoda Fabia and Octavia).
- undertake the assembly in accordance with the figures
and the assembly instructions.

- the contents of the complete ski rack package.
- 2 -
- press the button on the rack's clamping arm -detail- and
open the arm -arrow-.
Caution: the lock must be in the unlocked (vertical)
position.
Assembly onto the open roof rack bearer profile
(Skoda Superb)
- 3 -
- line up from above the distance washer (B) with the
clamping screws (D) on the bracket of the ski rack's lower
arm (A) Screw the screws in slightly.
- screw the adapter bushes (C) several turns onto the
extending shafts of the screws (D) on the lower edge of
the arm bracket.
- 4 -
- modify the roof rack for the addition of the ski rack as
follows:
- unlock the lock and unhook the covers.
- remove the sealing gasket from the bearer profile morti-
se.
- 5 -
- slide the prepared ski rack (A) with the adapter bushes
into the bearer profile mortise.
