Water level resistance
The resistance depends on the water level in the water tank (E). Level 13 is the
lowest resistance level. Level 19 is the highest resistance level.
The water level indicator is on the side of the water tank (E) (see Step 9). The
maximum filling level is 19. Do not fill past this limit. Filling the water tank (E) past
this limit will void the warranty.
Filling and emptying the tank
1. Remove the tank lid (C) from the water tank (E).
2. Use a cup or the siphon pump (T) and a bucket to fill the water tank (E) (see
Step 9). Use the water level indicator on the side of the water tank (E) to gauge the
desired water level in the tank.
3. To empty the water tank (E), place a bucket next to the product. Use the siphon
pump (T) to pump the water from the water tank (E) into the bucket.
4. Replace the tank lid (C) into the water tank (E). Wipe any excess water from the
frame.
Note:
Fill the water tank (E) with tap water only. Use distilled water if the local water
quality is poor.
Regularly change the water in the tank to prevent the buildup of bacteria.
Water from the water tank (E) is not suitable for consumption. Dispose of the water
after pumping it from the water tank (E).
Setting the pedals
Adjust the pedals (Q) to your foot size by adjusting the strap circumference (see Ill. B).
