WARNINGS
1) Never use this appliance near water-filled bathtubs, sinks, or other recipients. Never
immerse the appliance in water and never use it in very damp environments.
2) Check that during functioning, the power cord is not in contact with the hot parts of
the appliance.
3) In case of breakdown or malfunctioning, turn the appliance off and do not tamper with
it. For any repairs, seek assistance from a manufacturer authorized technical assistance
center only, requesting the use of original replacement parts.
4) Use the appliance correctly, holding it by the special handle when styling.
5) Never touch the metallic parts when the appliance is hot.
6) Never touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
7) Never use the appliance with bare feet
8) Use the appliance very cautiously in rooms where there is a bathtub or shower.
9) Never pull on the power cord or the appliance to unplug it from the socket.
10) Never allow children or handicapped persons to use the appliance without supervision.
11) Before doing any maintenance or cleaning operation, unplug the appliance from the
electrical socket.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

1) Turn the appliance on by following the instructions given in the "Use instructions"
chapter of this manual, paying particular attention to the "Warnings" paragraph.
2) Wait until the appliance heats up (approximately 2/3 minutes), placing it on a flat
surface: see point 4) of the "Use instructions" paragraph.
3) You can style your own hair with the curling Tong, while standing in front of a mirror.
However, it is clear that if you have someone to help you, you can significantly speed up
the procedure and will certainly achieve better results.
CLEANING THE METALLIC PART
1) In case the metallic parts are left with residues after hair styling, these can be easily
cleaned with a cloth dampened with alcohol.
ATTENTION
1) Before carrying out cleaning procedures, turn the appliance off, unplug the power
cord and let the metallic parts cool off completely.
2) If the connecting cable for this appliance is damaged, it must either be replaced by
the manufacturer/representative service center or by a similarly-qualified person, thus
avoiding any hazards that may arise.
This appliance is intended for household use.
