Press the computer down until it clicks into place. The
computer connector on the port replicator engages the
computer's expansion port.
When the computer is connected, the Docked light glows
green.

If the computer is not already on, press the power button on the
port replicator to turn the computer on. The power light on the
computer will turn on, indicating that the computer is receiving
power.

NOTE
The first time you dock your computer, a message should appear on
your computer screen indicating the devices connected to the port
replicator are ready to use. If this message does not appear, follow
the instructions in step 1 of
page
NOTE
You can leave your computer docked in the port replicator overnight.
Use the standard Windows
automatically power off your computer. Press the power button on
the port replicator (or the computer's power button) when you are
ready to turn the computer on again.
