Undocking your computer

Undocking your computer
The system supports hot docking and undocking.
To disconnect a computer from the port replicator, first save all of
your work and then follow the steps below:

Make sure the computer lock switch on the port replicator is set
to the unlocked position.

Press the Eject button on the port replicator. The Docked light
will turn off.

After the Docked light on the port replicator turns off, pull the
Eject lever towards you while sliding the computer backwards.
To avoid damaging the hooks on the port replicator, do not lift
up the computer without sliding the computer backwards.
Do not disconnect the computer from the port replicator while an
application is running or while the Docked or LAN active lights are
on. When the Docked light is off and the LAN connected light is
green, it is safe to disconnect.
