Functions
AUTO ON/OFF: The monitor will turn on automatically when the equipment is in motion. If
you stop your exercise for some minutes, the monitor will turn off and the values of all the
functions will be reseted.
TIME:
Press ENTER to choose the function TIME, then press UP or DOWN to determine the
desired value between 01:00~99: 00 minutes. After setting, the display will count down form
values, sounding an alarm when the end count.
If you do not configure the values, the monitor will start the count from 00:00~99:59
minutes when starting your exercise.
SPEED: The monitor shows the current speed of your exercise between 0.00~99.9 miles per
hour.
RPM: The monitor will display the current RPM between 15~999.
DISTANCE: Press ENTER to choose the function DIST, then press UP or DOWN to determine
the desired value between 1.0~999 miles. After setting, the display will count down form
values, sounding an alarm when the end count.
If you do not configure the values, the monitor will start the count from 0.1~999 miles
when starting your exercise.
CALORIE: Press ENTER to choose the function CAL, then press UP or DOWN to determine the
desired value between 1.0~999. After setting, the display will count down form values,
sounding an alarm when the end count.
If you do not configure the values, the monitor will start the count from 1.0~999 when starting
your exercise.
PULSE / THR (Target Heart Rate): This function allows the monitoring of your pulse and THR
at the time of exercise.
This function can also be programmed, determining the maximum value of your THR
between 60 ~ 220. Once reach setting value, the pulse value will Flash on the screen warning
you that your heart rate exceeded a certain threshold, in order to ensure more breath by
controlling your heart rate.
The measurement is based on the blood pumping provided by the heart through the
