ECO-DEMO MODE
The eco demo mode can be activated by presenting the device at exhibitions, trade fairs or in sales rooms. In
eco demo mode, the compressor and all fan motors are off.
By pressing and holding at the same time for at least three seconds (1), (5) and (6), the indicator light will flash
five times to confirm the entry and the device will operate in eco-demo mode. The demo-eco mode can be
abandoned by repeating the above process, note that the compressor and fan will activate 5 seconds later
(for compressor protection reasons).
Malfunctions
« HH »: High temperature alarm: T1≥30 ºC and lasted two hours the temperature alarm buzzer,
frequency 1Hz, digital display "HH" ，it will become normal once T1≤29 ºC, alarm could be stoped
immediately by pressing on/off switch or removing the plug.
« LL »: Low temperature alarm: T1≤2 ºC and lasted half hour the temperature alarm buzzer, frequency
1Hz, digital display "LL" ，it will become normal once T1≥3 ºC, alarm could be stoped immediately by
pressing on/off switch or removing the plug.
Change the bulb
This device consists of lighting, it must be changed by a professional. The lifespan of this light is normally
sufficient for no change to be made. If, however, you need to replace the lighting, and despite all the care
taken in manufacturing your cheese cabinet, the lighting was defective, please contact your after-sales
service for any intervention.
Winter position: How does it work?
1. When the setting temperature is lower than the internal temperature of the cabinet, the machine will start
to work and refrigeration. The cold circuit operating indicator light will be on.
2. When the setting temperature is higher than the internal temperature of the cabinet, the machine will
stop working and stop the cooling, heating wire will begin to work to maintain cabinet temperature
equilibrium.
